Campus Ministry @ GVSU is a community of Christ followers called to: Engage college students with the life-changing love of God, disciple leaders who make disciples, and be a bridge to Jesus Christ and His church.

CM@GVSU was started in 1965- back when Grand Valley was a college, not a university! We were established as a ministry partnership between the Reformed Church in America (RCA) and the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRC). What started as one seminary student leading Bible studies for GVSU students has transformed into a fruitful ministry. We are grateful to God for his faithful and unfailing love for this campus.

We gladly welcome all students - no matter your religious background, denominational affiliation, questions about God or faith, political stances, etc. All are welcome here! Each year, we watch transformation happen as students who lack community, have grown complacent in their faith, or struggle with the party scene, find new life in Jesus and begin positively impacting GVSU and the world. This is what we're about: helping students know Jesus more, and working out what that means for their lives.
