House GROUP TEAM

This team is made up of upperclassman (Juniors +) students who are interested in hosting and leading a discussion based on the teaching at The Well for 6-8 students each week, while building community, “doing life” together and living on mission together. We are looking for House Group leaders who:
- Have a passion for and a desire to care for students in Grand Rapids while building meaningful relationships with them
- Desire to serve together in Grand Rapids
- Create a hospitable environment for students looking to belong in community
- Desire to walk alongside peers in life circumstances and times of crisis
- Love the Bible and want to learn more along with their House Group
- Will commit to attend The Well in Grand Rapids regularly and encourage their House Group to attend with them
Time commitment & ReSPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly House Group Team Meeting (Sundays 5:30-6:30pm before the Well (dinner included))
- Lead a House Group one day a week for two hours
- 1-2 hrs per week for one-on-one meetings with House Group Members
- Meet bi-weekly for discipleship with a CM@GR staff member or CM@GR intern
- Regular attendance at the Well in Grand Rapids
- Regularly attend CM events and invite their House Group to attend with them
THE Mission TEAM

This team is made up of students who are passionate about living on mission for the Kingdom of God in Grand Rapids. Some on this team might be passionate about Evangelism and lead our community in sharing the gospel on our campus and in our city. Others might be passionate about mobilizing our community in prayer through prayer retreats, intercessory prayer meetings for revival, prayer trainings. Others might be passionate about leading our CM community through serving our community by partnering with organizations like the Grand Rapids Dream Center, Bridge Street Ministries, the Other Way, etc. If you have a passion or gift for mission or want to explore this with a team of like-minded people, this is the team for you.
Time commitment & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend weekly team meetings Sunday nights from 5:30-6:30pm before the Well
- Meet bi-weekly for discipleship with a CM@GR staff member or CM@GR intern
- Attend Well service in GR
- Participate in and leading weekly mission opportunities for our CM community
- Participate and leading monthly larger service/mission opportunities for our CM community
The well Team

Do you love the Bible? Do you love to dream and create meaningful experiences for others? The Well team meets with the CM Staff who teach at The Well to read and study the Bible together, pray, dream, and craft the teachings for the Well. The Well Team also helps brainstorm creative ways to shape the worship experience and culture of The Well. This team helps set-up, clean up, and implement the worship experience at The Well in Grand Rapids each week. No previous experience or Biblical “expertise” necessary, but get ready for some fun and enjoy a “sneak peak” of what goes on behind the scenes of The Well.
Time commitment & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly 2 hour planning meeting Tuesdays (time TBD with team members)
- Attend Well on Sunday nights in Grand Rapids
- Help lead the pre-service prayer and team meeting at the Well in Grand Rapids at 6:30pm on Sunday nights.
MARKETING & MEDIA TEAM

The Marketing and Media team are culture curators and storytellers through the art of communication.
These students use their creative and/or administrative gifts to spearhead outgoing writing and media about Campus Ministry and the work God is doing here. Whether you’re experienced or not, we can help you learn the ways of both clear and consistent written and visual excellence.

We are looking for students who:
- Interested and/or gifted in visual communication like:
- Photography and/or photo editing (personal camera not required!)
- Videography and/or video editing (personal camera not required!)
- Graphic design
- May have experience with Adobe software like Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Interested and/or gifted in written communication
- Are willing to work and learn alongside M&M interns and staff to accomplish CM’s communication and visual content needs
- Have a desire to commit to and grow in their relationship with Jesus, and steward their gifts to make Him known.
Time commitment & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly Marketing and Media Team meeting Thursdays from 12-2pm in Allendale.
- Optional Weekly attendance at the Mission Team meeting Sundays from 5:30-6:30pm
- Bi-weekly meeting with your intern or staff member for spiritual formation and leadership development.
- Schedules may vary based on your gifts and interests! The best use of your time can be determined alongside of M&M staff, but could include tasks like:
- Writing stories, ministry updates, or emails for CM@GR
- Photographing The Well, Reunion, or other events
- Creating graphics and/or reels for CM@GR Instagram
- Creating the slides for The Well
- Writing captions and maintaining a social media posting schedule
- Logo Design
- And more! ;)
WORSHIP ARTS tEAM (music)
TEAM DESCRIPTION
The Worship Arts team meets with CM Staff who teach at The Well in Grand Rapids to read and study the Bible together, pray, dream, and craft the teachings for the Well. The Worship Arts team also helps brainstorm creative ways to shape the worship experience and culture of The Well. This team also helps lead our community in worship at the Well through music and productions.
The music-specific team has a passion for music and worship, and, in partnership with the Productions team, works to enrich the worship experiences at The Well in Grand Rapids. Individuals on this team will be scheduled to sing or play 2 times a month.

TIME COMMITMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Worship Arts Team Gatherings/Trainings 1-2 times per semester
- Weekly planning coordinated with Well planning team - connect and formulate the well service
- Meet bi-weekly for discipleship with a CM@GR staff member or CM@GR intern
- Play/rehearse as needed for ReUnions
- Sunday Nights at The Well:
- Rehearsal and Dinner from 3:30-5:00
Play at the Well from 7:00-8:30 pm on weeks you are scheduled.

This team is looking for people who are able to sing and/or play an instrument with a high level of skill.

TEAM DESCRIPTION

The Worship Arts team also helps brainstorm creative ways to shape the worship experience and culture of The Well. This team also helps lead our community in worship at the Well through music and productions.
This team is responsible for setting up equipment, running sound and projection for CM events (primarily the Well in Grand Rapids)! This team will consistently work side-by-side with the Music team to serve our community.

- Reunions 3:00-11:00 pm when scheduled
- Meet bi-weekly for discipleship with a CM@GR staff member or CM@GR intern
- Sunday Nights at The Well:
- Rehearsal and Dinner from 4:00-7:00 pm
- Service from 7:00-9:00 pm on weeks you are scheduled
Qualifications:
Having experience with a soundboard or other audio/visual technology is beneficial, but not required. Most importantly, these are students who are willing to learn and be trained in the technical elements of CM events!
