First...watch the reveal video again

There are only a few spots left! Check out the availability below...

A couple notes:
  • Various spots on each trip will be reserved specifically for men and women, as well as some reserved for 21 year olds who can drive rental vehicles. This year we also have a few spots reserved for people in our YoungLife and CM Grand Rapids communities. Those categories are noted on the Trip Availability sheet (linked above!), and anyone can sign up for the "Any" spots!
  • If there aren't any openings on the trip you'd like to go on, you can email Kathryn using the contact form above to join the waitlist for up to 3 trips.
  • These trips are designed for young adults ages 18-24 at GV and the surrounding area.
  • We intentionally design a variety of trip options because we know our community has a variety of skills, passions, and needs. If you have a special circumstance or disability that you need accommodations for, we would love to talk to you about which trip could be the right fit for you or anything else you may need. Just contact us below and we can talk it through - and we are more than happy to keep it confidential.
One more note: It can be easy to look at the prices on these trips and say "I can't afford that." But REMEMBER! We serve a God who provides!! If you find yourself in a tough financial spot, please don't let that be the reason you choose not to go on one of these trips. Check out the Fundraising Resources below and/or contact us - we'd love to talk to you about your options!!

FAQ

1. Does my $150 deposit go towards my trip?
Yes! Consider it like a "down payment" you would do on a purchase. For example, if your trip costs $700, after the $150 deposit is submitted, you will only owe $550 more.

2. How do I see how many spots each trip has left for guys/girls, 21+ students, YL, CMGR, etc.?
After sign ups on Wednesday, there will be a trip availability document available.

3. What is included in the cost of the trip?
The cost listed on this website covers travel, housing, meals, and everything you need for the week! (The exception to this is travel day meals & optional spending money for souvenirs or extra purchases.)

4. Who is in charge of my trip?
Each trip is led by two Campus Ministry student leaders (a guy & a girl), and many trips also have an adult staff member on them in case of emergency. If your trip doesn't have an adult staff member, one of the nearby trips will! Also, each site we work with is an established local organization in the city you will be in.

5. Where will be be staying?
The answer to this question varies per trip! What you need to know, though, is that safety is a primary value of you as GVSU students & Campus Ministry students. Each of the sites we work with has a safe & secure facility where you will be sleeping & operating primarily out of.

Questions? Concerns? Wanna sign up for a trip??
